Here is a preview of my yet-to-be-released web app.

It’s a BOM manager for electronic parts — get it? rlcDB.
I created it because I needed something that could integrate with my EDA tool, keep track of inventory, and make ordering from distributors easier.

The way it works is you upload your BOM from your EDA tool (like Eagle CAD), and the app tries to match each item to the correct part.
It then looks up attributes and generates part numbers you can paste directly into quick order forms for various distributors.
At the bottom, it shows you cost and availability for each part from each supplier.

Every time I think I’m ready to release it, I find a reason not to — so no ETA yet.
